Macfarlanes has advised London Bridge Holdings on the sale of the More London complex.  The More London development is situated between London Bridge and Tower Bridge and includes the City Hall headquarters of the mayor of London as well as office properties let to organisations including PWC, EY and Terra Firma Capital Partners.

Macfarlanes' head of commercial real estate, Ian Nisse, led the team which also comprised real estate senior solicitors Dan Marriott, Catriona Berman, Florien Stone and Cate Taylor and solicitor Jon Smith.  Partner Colin Morgan and senior solicitor Richard Fletcher advised in relation to the banking and finance side of the deal.  Partner Mark Baldwin, supported by solicitor James Coward, advised on the tax aspects of this transaction and partner Rupert Casey and solicitor Charles Maurice on the intellectual property side.
