Munters acquires Reventa

Munters has acquired Reventa, a company specialized in climate control systems for livestock buildings. Reventa is headquartered in Horstmar, Germany, where sales, R&D and manufacturing also are located.

Munters is a world-leading supplier of energy efficient air treatment solutions with production and sales in 30 different countries and has approximately 2,700 employees. Munters has a turnover of more than SEK 5 billion and is owned by Nordic Capital Fund VII. The acquisition of Reventa was made via Munters’ business area AgHort.

Munters was advised by Mannheimer Swartling in the transaction. The firm’s team was led by Johan Lekholm and Oliver Cleblad, primarily assisted by Jens Engelmann-Pilger and Rafael Hertz. Meike Johnsen and Alexander von Kleist handled the competition notification.
