Megadyne spa, a subsidiary company of the French private equity fund Astorg Partners, in which investments are held by the Tadolini, Cohenca and Cukurel families together with Fondo Italiano d’Investimento, concluded an agreement for the purchase of 100% of Sampla Belting srl, a company owned by the Depaoli family which heads the multinational group of the same name operating in the production of conveyor belts.

The team of legal advisors dealing with the transaction consists of Pietro Zanoni, partner, and Lucia Corradi, associate, of NCTM Studio Legale for Megadyne and by lawyer Andrea Vitale for Sampla Belting.
