Osborne Clarke has advised Broadstone Group Management Limited, the parent company of Broadstone Group of companies which provide independent pensions and investment advice, on the sale of Broadstone Wealth Management to Thomas Miller Investment.

Broadstone Wealth Management provides wealth management services to private clients, pension funds, charities and companies, managing around £400m of assets. Thomas Miller Investment provides both onshore and offshore investment management solutions to UK residents and international clients. It manages around £2.5bn of assets worldwide for a variety of clients.
