Osborne Clarke has advised FFG FINANZCHECK Finanzportale GmbH on the closing of a financing round. Founded in 2010, the Hamburg-based start-up has already received two investments at the beginning of 2015: one eight-figure investment and one seven-figure investment. In addition to its B2C credit place, the company offers white label and technology solutions in financial services for brokers and banks.

Finanzcheck has raised USD 33 million from HarbourVest, Acton Capital Partners and Highland Europe. The fresh capital will mainly be used to maintain the company’s growth as well as expanding its business model.
