Osborne Clarke advises Highland Capital Partners Europe on the investment in Outfittery

International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Highland Capital Partners Europe on its investment in start-up company Outfittery GmbH. Highland Capital Partners Europe is an investor in expansion-stage internet, mobile and software companies demonstrating rapid growth and addressing large market opportunities.

Founded in 2012, Outfittery provides a Personal Shopping Service for men. With the investment of USD 22 million, the company plans to further expand its leadership position within the European curated shopping market while strengthening its presence in the technology sector. Since its foundation, the start-up has already received USD 55 million.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the investment was led by Partner Nicolas Gabrysch. He was assisted by Till-Manuel Saur (both M&A corporate law), Joachim Breithaupt and Dr Ulrike Bär (both Tax law)
