Osborne Clarke has advised Liberum Capital in its capacity as nominated adviser, broker and sole bookrunner on the successful AIM IPO of Plus500 Ltd (Plus500), which is the third IPO Osborne Clarke has acted on this year.
Plus500 has developed and operates an online trading platform for retail customers to trade CFDs in over 50 countries and on over more than 1,700 different underlying global financial instruments comprising equities, ETFs, foreign exchange, indices and commodities. The IPO became effective today (24 July 2013), valuing Plus500 at approximately £132 million.
The Osborne Clarke team was led by corporate partner Jonathan King, supported by Associate Director Matthew Bodfield and Senior Associate Samantha New.
