Osborne Clarke has advised Mindtree on its acquisition of Bluefin Solutions, a market leading independent consultancy specialising in SAP HANA.

Mindtree is a multinational digital transformation and technology services company, headquartered in Bengaluru, India and New Jersey, U.S.A. Its acquisition of Bluefin Solutions will strengthen the full spectrum of SAP services in Mindtree's offering. The partnership also creates an opportunity to expedite Bluefin’s HANA expertise to the US market with Mindtree’s broad presence there.
