International legal practice Osborne Clarke has advised Ventech S.A. on its investment in European Games Group AG. The capital comes from international investors Ventech and Omnes Capital.

Ventech is a leading Venture Capital firm investing in Europe and China with a focus on the Digital Economy.

European Games Group AG is headquartered in Munich and specialises in the worldwide marketing of free-to-play online and mobile games. The company is now able to invest more than 15 million Euros into marketing new games by the end of 2017.

The Osborne Clarke team that advised on the investment was led by Partner Nicolas Gabrysch who was assisted by Till-Manuel Saur (both M&A corporate law), Konstantin Ewald and Felix Hilgert (both IT law).
