Osborne Clarke advises WideOrbit on the acquisition of FIVIA from IPMG.

Osborne Clarke France advised the US group WideOrbit (leading provider of advertising management software for Media Companies) on the acquisition of the French company FIVIA from Australian investment fund IPMG.

FIVIA is internationally renowned for having developed and distributing AdFront, a software package which allows to manage the sales and inventory, trafficking, billing and revenue recognition of digital advertising businesses. Designed to streamline and simplify digital operations, AdFront integrates with all major ad servers, CRM and accounting systems yielding one complete workflow solution.
Scope of Osborne Clarke’s assistance :

    Legal and labor law due diligence.
    Drafting and negotiating of the legal acquisition documentation and of the commercial agreements implemented in the framework of the transaction.
