Paul Weiss and Macfarlanes have advised private equity firm Oak Hill Capital Partners on its acquisition of Pulsant Group, a leading provider of managed, hosted data centre and IT infrastructure services to the mid-market.

The Macfarlanes team was led on the corporate side by partners Matthew Blows, John Dodsworth and Jessica Adam.  Banking partner Christopher Lawrence and senior counsel Kirstie Hutchinson provided financing advice.
