Pinsent Masons has advised Chicago-based PEAK6 Investments, L.P. on their investment into and acquisition of a 25% equity interest in English Premier League football club AFC Bournemouth.
PEAK6’s Co-founder and CEO, Matt Hulsizer, lead the investment for PEAK6 with in-house attorney Jay Coppoletta co-ordinating the transaction internally.

The existing shareholders were advised by Barlow Robbins in a team lead by partners Mark Lucas Bernd Ratzke, Graham Wilson and Helen Archibald (partners, commercial property), trainee solicitor Matthew Devine and consultant Nitzan Cohen (tax).
