diva-e Digital Value Enterprise was founded in 2015 as a merger of the six established e-commerce companies Ageto, First Colo, kom, Netpioneer, Textprovider and zeros+ones, each specializing in different e-business services and leading suppliers in their fields. All shares were transferred to Emeram.

diva-e belongs to the largest e-business providers in Germany with a turnaround of around EUR 45 million and 380 employees.
