Squire Patton Boggs has advised Mobeus Equity Partners on a combined debt and equity package to support the £11.3m buy in management buy out of Creative Graphics International Limited (CGI).

CGI is a leading designer and supplier of technical self-adhesive branding solutions, supplying external graphics, information and safety labels to the global automotive and aerospace industries from manufacturing facilities in the UK and South Africa. The transaction will see an enlarged and strengthen management team, including Mobeus Operating Partner Kevin Finn as Executive Chairman, looking to drive sales growth and widen CGI's customer base both in the UK and overseas.
