Squire Sanders represented ICF International, a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, in closing two international transactions.

Led by partner Anthony Van der Hauwaert, a Squire Sanders Brussels team advised ICF on its acquisition of Mostra S.A., a leading communications firm based in Brussels. Mostra is a key provider of strategic communications to European Union institutions, particularly the European Commission.

In a second transaction, partner Abby Brown led the cross-office/cross-practice Squire Sanders team in advising ICF in its acquisition of CityTech, Inc., a Chicago-based digital interactive consultancy, as well as on the purchase of the assets of CityTech Global Services Private Limited, an Indian company, and the assets of CityTech Global Services Pty Limited, an Australian company.
