Taylor Wessing has advised Inflexion on its Partnership Capital investment in K2 Partnering Solutions, the global resourcing specialist which provides outsourced IT consultants to multinational corporations including leading technology firms in Silicon Valley.
Inflexion, through its unique Partnership Capital solution, will help K2 expand its sales team, further broaden geographic reach and continue diversification into emerging technology segments. K2’s highly trained consultants implement and upgrade SAP and Salesforce software, as well as other emerging technologies such as Cyber Security, Big Data and Advanced Analytics. K2 utilises its proprietary database of over 600,000 enterprise software consultants to support client projects across four continents.
Private Equity head, James Goold, led the transaction with the support of senior associates Adam Griffiths and Jonny Bethell and associate Alexander Walker.
