Castrén & Snellman assisted United Bankers Plc in its acquisition of the remaining 38% stake in its investment banking subsidiary UB Capital Oy. As a result of the transactions, United Bankers Plc’s ownership in UB Capital Oy increases from 62% to 100%.

United Bankers is a Finnish investment group established in 1986. The group’s services include asset management, fund management, securities brokering and investment banking. The group manages a total of approximately 1.7 billion euros (12/2015). The group has been listed on First North Finland since November 2014.
