The WFW team was led by WFW partner and Head of Italy Eugenio Tranchino, assisted by counsel Luca Sfrecola and associates Cristina Betti and Giovanni Incardona on the corporate aspects of the transaction, and counsel Giuseppe Franch on tax matters.
WFW lead partner, Eugenio Tranchino commented: “We are delighted to have advised Whiteridge on this challenging transaction, which is our first mandate with them. The deal emphasises our prominent position as a legal advisor in the renewables sector, as well as on capital raising transactions”.
