Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Cellnex Italia S.r.l., part of the Spanish group Cellnex Telecom, a European leader in telecoms and wireless communications infrastructure, on its acquisition of CommsCon Italia S.r.l., an Italian company that specializes in the design and implementation of 'small cells' technology solutions.

The White & Case team in Milan which advised on the transaction was led by partner Ferigo Foscari, local partner Leonardo Graffi, associate Andrea Pretti and lawyer Luca Valerio Silviani.
