Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised multiple Joint Lead Managers on a €1 billion bond issue by OMV Aktiengesellschaft.
The Joint Lead Managers were Citigroup Global Markets Limited, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank, DZ BANK Deutsche Zentral-Genossenschaftsbank, Frankfurt am Main, Raiffeisen Bank International AG and SMBC Nikko Capital Markets Limited.
The bonds are issued in two tranches. With a principal amount of €500 million, the first tranche has a term of five years and a fixed coupon of 0.750 percent. With a principal amount of €500 million, the second tranche has a term of ten years and a fixed coupon of 1.875 percent. The notes were admitted to trading on the regulated markets of the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and the Vienna Stock Exchange.
