Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised P4 sp. z o.o. and Play Holdings 2 S. a r.l., trading as Play, on term loan facilities and a revolving credit facility of up to PLN seven billion (approximately €1.65 billion).
The term loan facilities, which will be used to refinance the group's outstanding debt, are being provided by a consortium of seven banks including Alior Bank S.A., Bank BGZ BNP Paribas S.A., Bank Zachodni WBK S.A., DNB Bank ASA, DNB Bank Polska S.A., PKO Bank Polski S.A., TFI PZU S.A. (on behalf of PZU FIZ AN BIS 2 and PZU SFIO Universum) and Raiffeisen Bank International AG.
