DLA Piper has advised Schlemmer Group on the acquisition of two companies, Tubicor and Tubecraft, located in the Indian Union Territory of Puducherry, for an undisclosed amount. With this acquisition, which followed the opening of Schlemmer Technology India, the company has increased its total number of production sites worldwide to 25. The Schlemmer Group is now represented on one of the most densely populated and largest growth markets in the world with two of its own production sites.

DWF advised NetCentrix and its subsidiary SystemHOST on its acquisition by Elitetele.com, a voice, hosting and data centre specialist, based in Chorley.

Carnforth-based NetCentrix and SystemHOST were founded in 2002 and specialise in bespoke cloud platforms for a mixture of public and private sector clients.

Wolf Theiss has advised Dynacast, a global producer of complex precision parts, on its acquisition of all shares in the Austrian company Schlieper GmbH from Schlieper Private Trust. The closing took place on 30 June 2016.

Vinge assists Norra Affärs Holding AB on its acquisition of Remium Nordic Holding AB from Mannerheim Invest Holding AB. Remium is a leading capital markets services provider in the small to medium sized enterprises segment offering e.g. corporate finance, equity research, asset management and corporate services. The acquisition is a strategic supplement to Norra Affärs’ business concept which primarily comprises lending to small to medium sized enterprises.

We acted as the legal advisor to Wärtsilä in its acquisition of Eniram Group. The acquisition of Eniram will enable Wärtsilä to grow and strengthen its digital offering and in-house capabilities, specifically in data analytics, modelling and performance optimisation. The transaction is valued at EUR 43 million.

Charles Russell Speechlys has advised The Real Experience Group on its acquisition of the Experience English group of companies from TUI Travel.

The Real Experience Group is an Irish-based company with several brands that offer a mix of travel, language, and education opportunities. The acquisition adds four schools in York, Manchester, London (Hampstead) and Edinburgh to its portfolio. The new brands will trade alongside one another as each appeals to a different student demographic.

Through a capital increase of €94m, Tikehau Capital Advisors (TCA), a holding company of the Tikehau group, gained a new shareholder in Temasek alongside the French investment firm FFP (a company controlled by the Peugeot family group) and MACSF, French insurer of health professionals. Temasek thus links TCA capital to the institutional investors Crédit Mutuel, Arkea and Amundi.

Eversheds Saladzius represented SM VII B.V., a company incorporated under the laws of the Netherlands, intending to acquire 100% of shares in the Estonian company AS Starman from the current shareholders Baltic Cable Holding OU, Com Holding OU and Polaris Invest OU by respectively acquiring sole control of the target company.
