King & Wood Mallesons has advised In'Tech Medical on the acquisition of Turner Medical Inc.

Owned since September 2012 by TCR Capital, its managers and Arkéa, In'Tech Medical have acquired its US counterpart Turner Medical Inc. from its founder. This transaction was financed by equity and a bond issued by Tikehau IM.

DWF advises Capita on acquisition of Barrachd Ltd

The Glasgow office of national legal business DWF has advised Capita plc (the UK’s leading provider of customer and business process management (BPM) and integrated professional support service solutions) on its acquisition of Barrachd Ltd, software solutions provider and one IBM’s leading business analytics partners in the UK. The acquisition will allow Capita to deliver analytical technology to its clients in both the public and private sector and is the 4th deal that DWF’s corporate team has advised Capita on so far in 2015.

Gernandt & Danielsson advises Rosti in the acquisition of Bianor

Rosti Group AB acquires the Bianor group from Nimbus Investments, a private equity company based in the Netherlands and Germany. The acquisition is conditional on approval by the Polish Office for Competition and Consumer Protection which is expected during the third quarter of 2015.

The Bianor group, based in Poland and Romania, is an injection moulder and assembly-solutions provider to the major OEMs within the small household appliances, electrical goods and safety accessories sectors.

Hanza Holding Ab: Acquisition of Metalliset Group

Castren & Snellman acted as Hanza Holding Ab’s Finnish counsel relating to its agreement to acquire 100% of the shares in Metalliset Group. The purchase price, which is approximately SEK 70 million (EUR 7.6 million), will be paid partly in cash and partly through an issue of new shares in Hanza. The completion of the acquisition is conditional upon regulatory approval and a resolution by the general meeting on the rights issue.

Renaissance PME and SVC-Ltd. for Risk Capital for SMEs acquire Bandi S.A.

A group of investors composed, among others, by Renaissance PME (a vehicle investing in Swiss SMEs and managed by Vinci Capital SA) and SVC – Ltd. for Risk Capital for SMEs (a subsidiary of Credit Suisse), announced that they have signed an agreement to acquire Bandi S.A. in a club deal. With more than 50 employees, Bandi S.A. is active mainly in the production of components for luxury watchmakers.

Wolf Theiss Advises Ds Smith On The Acquisition Of Duropack

The British packaging producer DS Smith has proposed to acquire Duropack, a Central European packaging group headquartered in Vienna, for around EUR 300 mn from the investor One Equity Partners (OEP). International law firm WOLF THEISS has advised the buy-side as local counsel in all aspects of the legal due diligence and in all aspects of the transaction under Austrian, Croatian, Bosnian, Bulgarian, Serbian and Macedonian law.

Norton Rose Fulbright advises Pulse Health on major strategic Vision Eye Institute takeover bid

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised private hospital and surgery centre Pulse Health on its $255 million bid for Vision Eye Institute, announced to the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) on July 6.

Pulse told the ASX that the merger would create “one of Australia’s leading providers of specialist healthcare services through its combined network of niche hospitals, surgery centres and ophthalmic practices”.
