MTData provides innovative GPS telematics and fleet management technology to customers in Australia and globally across a variety of industries, from transport and logistics to forestry and agriculture.

The company creates solutions that help customers to improve fleet productivity and efficiency through technology. Founded in 2003, it was recognised in Deloitte’s Technology Fast 50 List for three consecutive years between 2009 and 2011.

Clifford Chance advises Shell on AU$3.5 billion sale of stake in Woodside

Leading international law firm Clifford Chance has advised Royal Dutch Shell plc (Shell) on the sale of 111.8 million shares in Australian Oil and Gas company Woodside. At approximately AU$3.5 billion, the sale represents 100% of Shell's interest in Woodside and 13.28% of the issued capital in Woodside. Rothschild was financial advisor to Shell and UBS and Morgan Stanley were appointed as sale banks.

Norton Rose Fulbright has advised the individual shareholders on the sale of shares of ComVision sp. z o.o.

ComVision is a leader in self-service mobile messaging in Poland with a market share of more than 40 per cent.

The shares were bought by LINK Mobility Group ASA, one of Europe's leading providers in mobile communications, specialized in mobile messaging services, mobile solutions and mobile data intelligence.

The transaction was completed based on an agreed enterprise value of EU16 million on a cash-free and debt-free basis.

Clifford Chance advises Airbus on completion of the disposal of Vector Aerospace to StandardAero

Airbus announced that it has completed the disposal of Vector Aerospace Holding SAS and its subsidiaries (together, “Vector Aerospace”) to StandardAero Aviation Holdings, Inc. (a Veritas Capital portfolio company).

Vector Aerospace is a global aerospace maintenance, repair and overhaul company. It generated revenues of over US$ 700 million in 2016 and employs approximately 2,200 people in 22 locations across Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Kenya, South Africa, Australia and Singapore.
